To redeem codes in Pet Store Tycoon, complete the short tutorial, press C to open your phone, select Codes, paste a code and choose Redeem. This opening walkthrough shows the short shop setup you complete before using Phone rewards. Follow the Codes steps below for the separate redemption menu.
Finish the tutorial first
Follow the opening shop tutorial before trying to claim rewards. Starting a new store and seeing the shop does not mean you have finished those prompts. Let the tutorial take you through its required opening actions, then return to redemption.
If you need help with that first shop day, use the beginner guide. You can come back to the phone once the introduction is complete; reward entry does not replace setting up the store.
Open Codes on the phone
On a keyboard, press C to open the in-game phone. Choose the Codes icon to reach the text field. This is the game's own interface, separate from the Roblox website and from the store's cash register.

Paste the entry and submit it
Open the current code list and copy the exact entry you want to redeem. Paste only that string into the box, without the reward description or surrounding punctuation. Select Redeem to submit it.
The reported rewards are Deluxe Pet Packs. Do not interpret that pack name as a guaranteed specific animal or as free Robux. The reward is claimed inside the experience and does not require sending your Roblox password to this site.
